You may return your printer within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or check).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
If your printer is defective or not working as described, we will cover return shipping and either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
