RenewPrint is an independent reseller of Amazon Renewed printers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon.com, HP, Brother, Canon, Epson, or any printer manufacturer. All products are professionally renewed and certified to work like new.
COD orders are available for most products. Payment is collected by our delivery partner upon delivery. You must be present to receive and pay for the order. Failure to pay may result in return of the product and possible cancellation fees.
We offer free 2-day shipping within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
All printers come with a 6-month limited warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid spills, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Consumables (ink, toner) are not covered.
You may return your printer within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if it is in original condition. Returned items must include all accessories and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
RenewPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
