What is Covered

- Free technical support during warranty period
- Free shipping for warranty repairs (both ways)
What is NOT Covered
- Consumables (ink, toner, drums)
- Damage from misuse, liquid spills, or physical impact
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Describe the issue clearly
- Ship the printer using our prepaid return label (if approved)
- We will repair or replace within 7-10 business days
